Welding

Laser Cutting
We laser cut a wide range of metal grades and alloys of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. Our TruLaser 3030 with LiftMaster automated loading provides excellent volume processing capabilities for complex or simple parts, prototypes to high volume production runs.
Stamping
CNC Turret with Forming capability including louvres, embossing, and rooling shear abilities. Mulitple stamping and pres operation stations for other cusotm punch press operations.
Tube Bending
Our CNC tube bending capabilities include 1/2" to 3" diameter tubing with simple elbow to complex multi bend geometry design.
Precision Forming and Bending
We operate multiple CNC Press Brakes for simple and complex precision sheet metal shapes and profiles, with high accuracy and quality repeatability.
Powder Coating
700 Foot Conveyorized Powder Coating System with flexibility for a variety of part sizes up to 10 feet in length. We have over 30+ years of Powder Coating experience

Production Assembly for small or production line assembly needs. Packing, Swaging Threading, PEM Nut Insertion, Centrifugal Tumbling.
